I don't know about you, but I'm starting to get a little fed up with this weather. One day it's sunny, the next it's cold. It's becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with the 'great' British weather and it's certainly doing no favours for my spring/summer wardrobe.
With that said, I have been on the hunt for some new pieces to wear for the warmer months two of which I thought I'd talk about in today's post. Cue the pretty playsuit and trainer combo.
This Zara playsuit I found on a whim when I popped into the store on Oxford Street one evening on my way home. Risking not trying it on and simply hoping for the best, I'm so glad I snapped it up (and that it actually fit) as it's definitely become a firm favourite of mine. It has a somewhat uncanny resemblance to the Reformation Par dresses that I am eager to get my hands on. Don't you think?
Now the great thing about this particular playsuit is its day-to-night versatility. I've really been making a conscious effort as of late to buy pieces that I can wear for the former and the latter and this really ticks all the right boxes. Paired here with black high top converse, this outfit is perfect for everyday and I really like the combo together. It also looks pretty good with a pair of old skool vans too. However, if I wanted to make this outfit more dressy, all I'd have to do is simply switch the trainers for heeled sandals or ankle boots and I'm ready to paint the town red.
At £25.99 I really would urge you all to head down to your nearest Zara and snap this up or save yourself some hassle and order it online. I'm positive it will sell out soon and you know with Zara, once it's gone it really is gone. On another note, how amazing is this embroidered biker jacket? I'm not exaggerating when I say that everytime I wear it at least one person stops me to ask where it's from. I was even having dinner at The Rum Kitchen recently when the girl on the table next to mine stopped me mid mouthful (attractive I know) to ask where it was from. I blame it on the Gucci vibes. I mean just look at the embroidered detailing, it has Gucci written all over it. At a not so Gucci price tag you'll be pleased to know.
