When transitioning my wardrobe this Spring, three pieces instantly stick out to me as key staples that I will be getting copious amounts of wear out of; the suede jacket, relaxed denim jeans and boyfriend fit white shirt. Whilst the latter are generally pieces that can be worn all year round, I find that a crisp white boyfriend shirt is very fitting for spring/summer. Not to mention, I tend to steer away from skinny jeans when the weather gets warmer. See my favourite summer denim jeans here, here and here.
Now unfortunately this Topshop suede dream boat of a jacket was purchased last year when I was still working in personal shopping, so unfortunately I cannot introduce any of you to the beauty. I have managed to find a pretty good alternative here. Whilst it was on the pricer side (my 25% staff discount definitely helped at the time) its a piece I will have in my wardrobe forever. Admittedly, it may not be the most practical of colours as far as suede jackets go but I love it so much that it doesn't bother me. If anything I welcome the pop of colour it brings to an outfit.
