How To Dress For A Festival This Summer

Heading to a festival this Summer and stuck for something to wear? I sure do know that feeling. You may have actually found yourself typing the words 'boho babe' into the search bar on Pinterest only to be greeted with an overdose of crochet, fringing and one too many floral headbands. Let's face it, we all want to make the effort when it comes to festival dressing without looking like you've tried too hard. A la Vanessa Hudgens or Kate Moss as I like to call it. As a fan of the day festival whereby no actual camping is required I have two lined up this Summer; SW4 and Parklife. When putting this outfit together it dawned on me how perfect it would be for a festival perhaps swapping the over the knee boots for a pair of converse or old school vans. This jersey motif t-shirt dress is the perfect throw-on-and-go piece for effortless style and not to mention its got that 'I'm with the band' vibe to it. Paired with a faux suede biker jacket  I think this t-shirt dress would look equally as good with an oversized denim jacket, like the one worn in this post. With that said, you could also pair this t-shirt dress with a trusted leather jacket and pair of snazzy heels and you've got yourself a day-to-night look in an instant. With such warm weather this weekend in London I am pretty damn excited that it's finally bare leg season.
