Early Morning Strolls in Covent Garden

Covent Garden is possibly my favourite place in London. There is something almost magical about it that's even better first thing in the morning, when the streets are empty and all you can hear is the sound of your footsteps on the cobbles. Today's outfit is a slightly different one from me. I am actually wearing a dress and a pinafore one at that. I literally feel like I have been living in jeans as of late, purely because it's been far too cold for anything else so it's nice to mix things up a little. I do love a preppy ensemble so I had to pair this denim pinafore dress with my favourite breton striped jumper. Somewhat predictable I know but you can never go wrong with this trusted combination. To steer this dress away from being too girly, I have paired it with androgynous footwear, in the form of these monk strap shoes which are now an absolute bargain in the Dune sale. Overall, this is an everyday casual look from me but a versatile one at that. I will definitely be pairing this pinafore with a jersey tee and trainer combo when the weather finally gets warmer.

I adore Convent Garden as well, I've only ever been twice when it was super busy but the little back streets hide away some proper gems!
