This season is definitely about embracing the man of your winter wardrobe. From oversized mannish coats to smart two piece tailoring, however you wish to channel it don't be afraid to add a touch of masculinity to your look this autumn. Staying true to my style, I added masculine elegance with my much loved Topshop oversized coat and Whistles fedora. To keep things girly, I teamed my essentials with this new Choies dress, which admittedly may be a tad on the short side, especially when it comes to climbing stairs or escalators.
With so much choice in colour this season, I definitely reached for the familiar winter hues of black and grey. I did attempt to add some texture with my new favourite 'Rivington' croc effect pouch from Whistles, which I highly recommend everyone to invest in. I definitely love the versatility of this bag and it is great for carrying around the everyday essentials without being weighed down.
With temperatures really plummeting in recent weeks, I am definitely wrapping up warm and staying cosy. I must admit I am enjoying layering up this autumn but I am sure I will be complaining when it really turns cold.
I hope you are all having a great week so far. Thank you all for your lovely comments on my one year blog post, which if you didn't see is here. Don't forget to check out my Facebook page which you can do below and follow me on Twitter for more WIHW updates.
