What I'm Wearing:
Jumper - H&M
Skirt - Zara
Boots - River Island
Hat - Forever 21
Although autumn is now upon us which means a final farewell to the warm weather, there is something quite refreshing about the crisp air and autumn leaves on the ground. One thing I love about autumn fashion is the rich choice of colour associated with this season. From berry hues to rich shades of brown and orange there is something luxurious and comforting about getting ready for an autumns day. Be that wearing your chunkiest knit, an oversized coat or snug as a bug in a rug scarf. Zara's current scarves literally resemble an oversized rug and are a bargain too, just in case you were curious.
Today I paired this Zara floral flared skirt with my oversized and oh so comfortable H&M jumper. As the weather wasn't too cold I braved it without a coat but could see this outfit looking just as good paired with a (shearling lined) parka or cocoon coat. I am literally living in hats at the moment and alternated from my Whistles fedora to this Forever 21 floppy hat, which I actually purchased last year. The colour is so rich and just screams autumn. Not only does it compliment cream but it looks equally as good paired with berry hues.
Are you a fan of taking something sweet and floral and pairing it with your cosiest chunky knit or fluffy jumper? I would love to know what you think of this outfit and what you are wearing to keep snug and warm this autumn.
